Newly-built en-suite double room with independent access. We're located in a lovely safe neighbourhood in north-central Chichester just 10 minutes walk to the Festival Theatre (and its lovely cafe) and 15 minutes to town. We are also ten minutes' drive from the excitement of Goodwood. The room has underfloor heating, a coffee machine, and brand new bathroom. There is plenty of free parking immediately in front of the property. Off-road parking can be arranged if needed for an additional fee.

Exceeded our expectations, spotless and quiet location.
Spotless, stylish, comfortable, convenient - couldn’t really ask for more. Easy walk to the theatre, even easier bus to town. Highly recommend for a short break.
