Chouette chalet, facile d'accès et suffisamment spacieux pour nous 5, avec le chien. L'endroit est plutôt calme, peu de passage de voitures. Jardin clôturé, mais un chien aventurier et un peu curieux trouvera peut-être quand-même une sortie. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, avec de grandes casseroles, mais les couverts et bols sont en quantité un peu trop juste. Les environs directs n'ont pas beaucoup d'intérêt, mais beaucoup de balades disponibles à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
ottima location per un week end rilassante in famiglia. la casa offriva il necessario per divertirsi e rilassarsi. la casa e nel complesso molto ben fornita e estremamente funzionale. nei dintorni ci sono un sacco di attività tra cui scegliere. decisamente un'ottima esperienza e l'host si è sempre dimostrato disponibile e molto reattivo nelle comunicazioni
Wij, dat is 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen, verbleven een weekend in de chalet. Het lijkt een ietwat verouderde accomodatie, maar zeer gerieflijk en gezellig. Pluspunten: de sauna, de grote afgesloten tuin, de bbq en het afdak om buiten te eten, het houten speeltuig voor de kinderen, ligzetels, veel keukenapparatuur, 3 ruime slaapkamers,... Minpuntjes: opletten met een bad nemen want het badwater loopt heel gemakkelijk doorheen het plafond in de keuken. De slaapbank van 1,20m zou ideaal zijn voor 2 kinderen maar staat op een open tussenverdiep, dus niet geschikt voor de kinderen wegens lawaaierig en niet afgesloten. Voor 2 volwassenen is de slaapbank van 1,20m niet zo comfortabel. Alles bij elkaar was ons verblijf echter een zeer positieve ervaring en moesten we pas zondagavond uitchecken. Super voor een familieweekend.
We stayed at Jenny's holiday home for the Easter break with three adults and our daughters of 1 and 3 years old. It was just perfect for us. The house is spacious, with three nice bedrooms, a large, very well equipped kitchen, and (a big plus!) a sauna, and two comfortable and clean bathrooms. We were grateful for the two baby cots and kids chair and furniture. It's very quiet, and the view from the house is lovely. The garden with swings and a slide was a winner with the kids, and there's everything you need for outdoors games and activities (petanque, badminton...). We drove to Domaine de Chevetogne for a day out, which was lovely for both adults and children. If we would have been just adults, I'm sure we would have done more exploring in the neighbourhood, as the house is perfectly located along hiking trails. Communication regarding check-in and out was smooth and clear. Other instructions also. Can 100% this house for a family stay!
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huisje. Het ligt heel rustig en je kunt vanuit het huisje leuk wandelen. We hebben genoten van de sauna, de kinderen van de voetbaltafel en de schommels. De bedden sliepen heerlijk, het was binnen lekker warm en alles wat je nodig hebt, is in het huisje aanwezig. De keuken is voozien van veel serviesgoed, kookgerei en heel veel extra's. Helaas is de combi-magnetron vooral een magnetron, dus niet geschikt voor bv het afbakken van broodjes. Daarnaast waren wij hier met behoorlijk slecht weer, waardoor er lekkage was aan één pui en de pijp van de open haard behoorlijk piepte door de wind. Voor ons geen reden om niet nog een keer te gaan, want we hebben het heel fijn gehad. Jenny is een vriendelijke en meedenkende host en reageert snel op vragen en berichten. We hebben ons echt thuis gevoeld.

We are fortunate to have many returning guests. In the early years of living in the Ardennes, I ran a B&B. Since 2001, I have been in the vacation rental business. With my own experience as a holiday guest in the Ardennes, I understand what guests need. Before settling down in the Ardennes, my partner and I, along with family and friends, often spent vacations in the area. I want to offer others a feeling of "home away from home" and contribute to a pleasant holiday in the Ardennes. Believing in the integrity of others, I trust that the guests will respect their vacation home and all the little things that come with it.
