This three story townhouse features 3 large bedrooms including a Primary Suite on the third floor with an Eight Sleep heating and cooling California King mattress and Kohler Digital Showering System aside a heated towel rack. Roof deck includes TV, motorized awning, modern seating for 6, gas firepit, and outdoor kitchen with sink and commercial gas grill. First Floor Guest Suite features a floating desk, large closet, and en suite bathroom. Main floor has a third bedroom with build in office space and upgraded kitchen. The living room was designed for binge watching on the 77" Sony OLED TV with sofa-shaking surround sound. Each bedroom features motorized Lutron blackout shades, built-in Sonos sound and Samsung Frame TVs paired with touchscreen remotes and Josh.AI voice control. Finished garage includes an 50 Amp Level 2 EV Car Charger and utility vacuum.

To call it the Denver Smart House understates it! The technology is an experience. It is fun and easy to use. I stayed there with 3 other friends and we each face timed our 20 something kids to show them around the place because it was so amazing. The house is immaculate - clean, tidy, and well organized. It has a "just built" feel to it. It had everything we needed as far as amenities go. Beds were comfortable. Check out was easy and we WEREN'T asked to do a laundry list of things before we left. We all agreed it was the best airbnb we have stayed in. Thank you, Mark, for offering out this home for people to use. Highly recommend it.
The three story unit was in a great location. Everything(lighting,sound, door locks, bathrooms) is state of the art tech, takes a little figuring out but works great. Unit was very clean & new. Would highly recommend for 4-6 people. Mark, the host, was very responsive & accommodating.
Mark’s place is absolutely amazing. We have stayed in many rentals and this has been by far our favorite. We were able to walk to many local attractions including the arena and Coors field. Mark was so responsive and helpful. I hope we get to return to his beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice! The features and technology are just amazing.
Mark's place was definitely better than we expected it to be! It was brand new and very tastefully decorated. The amenities were of superior quality and the home was extremely well stocked and thoughtfully supplied. The rooms and living area were spacious, with a lovely balcony that provided a beautiful view of the surrounding city. Street parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but walkable to downtown. The 'smart house' features were also very useful and fun and made it very easy to manage the state-of-the-art stereo surround sound and new giant TVs in every room. I would recommend this home without hesitation and we hope to return!
Great apartment and place to stay. Mark was very good at communicating. Would definitely go back!
