This is a very large well appointed beautiful estate on a half acre lot. It’s a one story property with lots of room to spread out. Lots of games and activities on the property. Great for entertaining friends and family. Spacious living room, family room, bar area and billiard room. Great for breaking out in individual group. Beautiful beaches, yard with large pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with fireplace and putting green. Great location! Right next to Chinatown. Only 3.2 miles to Las Vegas Blvd.

This home and host is the best our family has stayed in. The home was stocked with snacks, utensils, cooking equipment and a cool bar. Our host was always available and went above and beyond to make his property clean, organized, user friendly and pleasant. Our entire group was amazed and impressed with how well the house was stocked and staged. I will be looking for listings from this host whenever I visit Las Vegas. I highly recommended this property and this host for your large group gathering in Las Vegas!

I’m a Vegas local that’s lived here since I was a junior in high school. Originally I’m from southern California. Chatsworth to be exact. I love meeting guests from all over the country and world, so hosting is the best thing that could’ve ever happened to me.
