The management staff was very friendly & even gave our dog a basket full of care items. The location & apt were great, except we weren’t advised there were stairs leading up to our room & the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Given these 2 issues we left early. Everything else was great, so I don’t want to say it was bad, it just wasn’t for us. I would recommend this place though to those that don’t have limitations.

Rooms were clean and great location. Walkable to everything in town and our room was much larger than we were expecting. ( Captains Quarters) check in was frustrating. We arrived at 3:30 to see a back in 10min sign on the lobby door. No big deal so we just went to the beach for 30min and came back to the lobby closed. After 4:00pm you have to call the second location and drive a couple blocks down the road to check in. After driving 4 hours to get there we were annoyed. Thenext day our lock was not functioning properly and once again nobody was in the lobby. We had to call the other location to get a new code to access our room. Information for checking in would be appreciated for future customers prior to them arriving to a closed lobby and a taped sign on the door. Rooms were great and good price though

Great place to stay in a small coastal town, all places within walking distance including the beach. Friendly staff, clean quarters and communication was valued. The walls are a bit thin but plenty of heat. Parking lot small so not fit for full size trailers or trucks.

Tastefully remodeled. Can tell it’s an older building but we will definitely be back!

Coastal Inn was great! We had a great time in Long Beach and felt that was largely due to Coastal Inn :) we had a few challenges with the wifi, but hopefully that will be worked out with management/maintenance! Overall, I would stay there again!!
