Beautiful property, terrible experience. Every morning we were disrupted by something. First morning the landscape people were there at 7am with loud equipment. The water heater was leaking so there was no hot water the entire stay. The owner of the property refused to communicate with the management company. A plumber showed up one morning but the owner wanted a cheaper price and made us wait another day. They said the last morning we were there a different plumber would come by to replace the water heater & we kindly asked them to have the plumber come after check out at 11am so we could enjoy one day without being interrupted. That morning the plumber showed up at 9am, improperly installed the water heater and had to start over again which doubled the time that they were there. The owner of the property was not accommodating at all and the management company did the best they could do. Not one hot shower was taken during the stay. Not to mention the dirty windows and green spa water

A great spot to be our home base while we explored the larger San Diego area for a week. Everything we could think of was provided and we had a great time with the games in the garage. The team was always responsive, even when minor issues popped up. Would recommend to anyone looking in the Vista area!

This place is the real deal, the pictures don’t do enough justice. It is everything you want for the perfect price. Game room, hot tub, all bedrooms have king beds that are comfortable. plush! I will definitely be back, this was the one the best airbnbs I had in my life

Booked for my family to stay during my wedding week. Everyone loved the home. Great backyard with seating and a hot tub. Walkable to some of Vista’s local restaurants and brew pubs. Would be happy to stay here again!
