Welcome to our cozy & private unit with a separate entrance and a free parking space. All indoor spaces shown in the photos ( e.g., bedroom, bathroom, living/dining area) are private (no shared place) Short drives to all major highways (427, 401 Gardiner and QEW), Toronto downtown (10-20 mins), Toronto Pearson International Airport & big shopping malls (<10 mins). And, a short walk to local restaurants & shops with excellent public transport. This is a private unit with two levels (no shared area). The bathroom and cabinet/wet bar area are located in the main floor and the bedroom with en-suite living and dining area are located in the lower level, filled with lots of natural light from three big windows. The unit is equipped with a cozy queen bed with high-quality bedding linens, one comfy & large couch (~ 2 m long, and not a pull-out sofa bed) which can be used comfortably as a single bed and dedicated dining area. All necessary appliances (air fryer, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee maker) will be provided during your stay. Cooking can be arranged in advance with the host. Free on-site laundry will be provided on certain dates/times and will be also shared with the host. Our house is located in a very quiet and lovely neighbourhood by the Bloor street which is rated as one of the safest places in Toronto. The location is very close to the Toronto Pearson International Airport (< 10 min driving), easy access to freeways (QEW, HW 427 & HW 401) and only 20-25 mins way from the Toronto downtown (by car or public transport). - Short walk to local shopping malls (10-15 mins by foot): supermarket, coffee shops (e.g., Starbucks), McDonald’s, Pizza Nova and local restaurants/shops. - Short walk to bus stops (5 mins by foot): Direct busses or short drive to Kipling subway station, from where you can take either subway or Go train (20-25 mins) to downtown or anywhere to Toronto. Direct Bus from Kipling subway station to the Airport. - Steps to nearby parks, playgrounds and multiple natural trails along the creek. Some local attractions include Markland Wood Golf Club, Centennial Park Golf Centre, Centennial Park Conservatory etc. - Short drive to Toronto Person Airport (7-10 mins). - Short drive to downtown (10-25 mins), and big shopping malls in Toronto, e.g., Sherway Gardens Mall (5-7 mins) and Square One (Mississauga, 15-20 mins). - The house is secured by outdoor cameras and smart locks.
