I highly recommend staying here! The host is extremely kind and responsive, and the property is well-kept and in a great neighborhood. We definitely plan to come back if we return to the area.

This was my very first Airbnb & wasn't quite sure how things would go and I can tell you on a rating of 1 to 10 I give Michelle a 15. Couldn't even imagine someone more proactive, communicative, fast & very friendly. I feel like I lucked out because I can't imagine (but it would be great) if every host was as outstanding as she is. I highly recommend "The W" & Michelle as I am extremely satisfied.

First, communication with Michelle was speedy, which I truly appreciate & a big reason I chose her home. Secondly, her home was clean, had plenty of seating, and conveniently located by the sound. We loved the coffee station & the beach decor. The backyard was private, the grill added another fun cooking feature, the fire pit was great for family s’mores, & the patio area was beautiful. Having the state park within a 5 minute ride, as well as a grocery store within 10 minutes, being able to walk to and walk along the beach, & having plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes added another level of convenience and fun. We cannot wait to bring the dogs & visit again!

House was clean, neat and comfortable. Met our needs perfectly. (We are a local couple who needed a place to stay while our house was being worked on.) We already knew the neighborhood and places to go, but could see that Michelle had provided recommendations that would be useful to those from out of town. Michelle was very communicative and responsive. Fenced yard was perfect for our dog and our cat seemed comfortable too. It was not an issue for us, but (as stated in the listing) there was only one bathroom and it was located on the first floor. This might be an issue for larger groups or families or for those with mobility problems. We would gladly stay here again.
