Welcome to ETX Oasis! Enjoy space to spread out and relax in large home on 5 acres. Enjoy country views from the front porch, relax with TV on the screened in back porch, or kick back poolside. Next to the pool is an outdoor kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Indoor amenities - theater room with power recliners and gameroom with pool table. Located across I-20 from Texas Rose Horse Park, a 15-30 minute drive to entertainment, shopping and dining in Tyler, Canton, Lindale, Mineola or Van. Bedroom 1 - King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a claw-foot soaker tub. Bedroom 2 - Full bed, jack-and-jill bath Bedroom 3- Full bed, jack-and-jill bath Bedroom 4- twin over full bunk bed Front office space/extra living room with books, record player and pull-out sofa bed. Upstairs - theater room with surround sound, Roku connected. Game room with pool table and media cabinet for arcade games. Rooms come with extra linens, blankets, and there is a queen air mattress available in master closet. Kitchen equipped with cookware, cookie sheets, mixer, coffee pot, toaster, as well as plates, glasses, and wine glasses. Extra half bathrooms located downstairs and upstairs. Outdoor spaces: Front porch bench, chairs and swing bed. Rear porch, screened in section with seating on both areas and TV in screened area with fireplace. Gas fire pits next to pool. Swimming pool (not heated) with outdoor kitchen and seating. Pool is usually a comfortable temperature by April- May into early October.

Had a perfect trip with our friends. The house was a wonderful size for everyone to have their own space. Enjoyed the pool and movie room as well.
Absolutely phenomenal residence! The stay was very intimate for me and family as we celebrated the upcoming arrival of my babygirl. A very peaceful location with amenities worth every penny. The host was very responsive and made her home a home for us away from home. Host was very accommodating on special requests and very responsive. I can’t thank Mrs. Nicole enough for making my weekend stay memorable. Looking forward to booking again this summer! 10 out of 10!

The first night we got there, the neighbors were shooting guns. it kinda surprised us at first. But we are from the country so this is a normal thing for us. The house is so beautiful and homey. This was my family's first vacation together. So we picked the perfect place. I have MS so I can't walk up and down the stairs a lot, but my grown children had a blast playing pool and my grandbaby loved watching cartoons on the big theater screen! The master bedroom and the king size bed was so nice. But my personal favorite of the entire house was the bear claw bathtub 😁. Each of us girls took turns just soaking in the tub and feeling fancy lol. The house was something out of a fancy for my family so, we loved every minute! We definitely feel like we chose the right place to stay for our first ever annual family vacation ❤️❤️ Thank you so much for sharing your home!
Filiberto Court is summed up : OH WOW!! The tranquility of this beautiful countryside Airb&b is unbelievable! We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend this accommodation. The home theater with its big screen offers a unique experience, the rooms are all very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. To cook in the open family plan kitchen or under the stars in a fully equipped outside kitchen next to the pool, is making real memories to treasure for a long time! We felt so relaxed and spoiled here. A quaint getaway with luxurious treats. It is indeed a true gem and very special.
