Elizabeth house is a peacful family home situated half way up the West Hill overlooking Alexandra park in Hastings town centre. This 3 bedroom maisonette is the perfect place for families looking for a home from home. 2 double bedrooms and a childrens room with a single bed and fold out sofa bed. A travel cot is also available to guests along with a high chair and stair gates upon request. Hastings beach is just 5 minutes walk away and the popular Hasting old town 10 minutes away. The property is on the first and second floor. Once inside the main front door you will seea second door at the end of the hall way. This leads to the stairs leading up to the first landing and on to the first floor. The master bedroom is the first door on the left at the top of these stairs and the living room & kitchen is accessed through the second door on the left. The stairs continue up to the WC on the second landing and the other bedrooms and bathroom located on the top floor. There is a utility cupboard on the right hand side accessed by a folding door where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located.

Nick was very friendly and helpful. This house was perfect for our stay during the festival, it felt very homely, the indoor plants were amazing and the welcome hamper was much appreciated. We would recommend.
The apartment is a real gem, it has been lovingly cared for and it is really comfortable and well equipped. There was an amazing welcome pack waiting for us, and it felt like a home rather than a house which can be what happens when a company manages a property. For example there were houseplants, board games, a hairdryer….Plus the apartment is in easy walking distance of the old town and the beach. All the beds were comfy, and the linen was really soft. Highly recommend.
Perfectly placed flat for exploring Hastings! Nick was great to deal with, and quick to respond to a few questions we had!
Had a lovely stay in Hastings for our best friend's 40th Birthday weekend. The location was excellent we explored all of what Hastings can offer. Easy walk from the station and very easy to find the place. Will certainly book again when we come and visit our good friends in Hastings. Definitely would recommend as you are best placed to visit both the old and new town attractions of Hastings.
Lovely house! Perfect place to stay with everything we could have needed. Loved playing the Jenga on a rainy Friday and thank you for the hamper!! What a lovely touch. Would def come back again

Parking on this street is shared residential parking.

Guest permits can be provided on request or there is unristricted parking in adjacent streets 2 minutes walk away.
Hastings train station is 5 minuets walk away and there is a bus stop directly opposite the house.
There is also a very reliable local taxi service.
