Dawn and David were extremely responsive and accommodating to any requests I had. I was the first guest to stay in the RV so I pointed out a few things they could improve upon and both she and David were receptive. The location was perfect for my needs. It is very quiet and private and only a stones throw from several parks and places to relax on the lake/river. I was a single female traveling alone and felt completely safe. I wish them the best of luck on this endeavor and would highly recommend staying here.
