A simple but cozy place in a great suburb. Peaceful and close to restaurants, parks, and ready driving distance to bigger things. Great little place and recommended as a launching point to explore Vancouver.

This was our kids' first trip to Canada and we couldn't ask for a better home base from which to explore. The space had everything we needed and was conveniently located.

This was our first trip to Vancouver. We arrived at an old, charming house on a quiet street. We were delightfully surprised to find the interior completely renovated with modern everything. It looked brand new and was immaculately clean. The location was perfect for our needs. My son was thrilled with tree-canopied streets where he did his daily runs. Yet, we were within walking distance of coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, & shopping. Communication with the host was perfect. The rental is on the ground floor with the host living on the floor above us. The way early 1900 houses were built, it had thicker walls, so we never heard the hosts above us. I’m assuming they didn’t hear us, which greatly reduces stress so we can relax. All the necessary amenities were provided, with a few extra perks. The hosts are lovely people and we would have loved the opportunity to get to know them. When we visit again, we will be sure to book with them again.

We had a great experience at Steve's place. Alicia received us with a lot of care and thoughtfulness. They paid attention to detail in a number of ways: they installed a crib for our 19 month-old, Alicia noticed that mugs were not there, so she promptly brought some, etc. The location is quite nice. I walked 5-6 min to Commercial Dr. and had everything we needed there. I would definitely recommend Alicia and Steve's place! Thanks!
