Timothy's house was amazing! There were so many extras that made our stay welcoming. This is definitely a hidden gem in Brownsville and the price was well under the value you get. Our hope is that this rental is always avaliable when we come down to see family.

Excellent communication with the host. The place is beautiful. The fenced in yard, all the way around was huge and had a tree full of oranges in the backyard! A really nice front porch to sit on and drink iced tea in the afternoon. Very relaxing Netflix included on the tv! The place is beautifully decorated and was super super clean. The bed was very comfortable and I love having ceiling fans. The place was just Immaculate and close to the university that has such beautiful grounds, it's a great place for a walk. And close to downtown that is really an interesting piece of history. Everything was close by and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I really like that you can park your car inside the yard and close the gate. I felt very safe and secure and the place is just super comfy all the way around. Lots of space in a very spacious living room and everything you need in the kitchen to make a meal. Timothy and Ramon answer any questions you have right away. Thank you!
