Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The brand new opening space is located at the center of Toronto east.You’ll live here as at the new home, very comfortable. Just few minutes driving to Scarborough Town Center and Highway 401, while buses available from early morning to midnight. Rooted in the heart of a quiet neighborhood, the malls, supermarkets, and library just minutes walk away. Countless delicious restaurants surrounded are opening for you to enjoy at anytime. You will live with the owner at the spacious bright basement suite which has the separate entrance that we both can keep privacy. The space is over 1000 Sq.ft . Including one big living room, 2 comfortable bedrooms, full equipped kitchen and bathroom. You can live here as living at your own home.

This is very quite and polite neighborhood with good views nearby. 4 schools around so be slowly and carefully if driving at the school hour.
Located at the core of Scarborough Agincourt area, you can access any restaurant,supermarket,shopping malls, businesses, services and a community centre with swimming pool,tennis court lawn balls in walking distance. You can also take the buses or drive to everywhere of GTA quickly. If you drive, I will provide one free parking lot at my drive way.
