Live like a local in the heart of Starkville where Dudy Noble & Davis Wade Stadium are an easy stroll, bike, or car ride away. Hailstate Cottage is a wonderful older, historic home that we have put a lot of love into! We have worked very hard to maintain the older charm of our home while updating the space! The home offers the perfect blend of cozy and comfortable with a modern flare. Whether you are here to relax or watch the Bulldogs play, we hope you feel like part of the "Family!" Enjoy a large living area with 65-inch ROKU TV, a full kitchen with Keurig and coffee pods, 2 1/2 baths (1 large full hall bath, a small second full bath added off the kitchen by the laundry room, and a large half bath located in the primary bedroom), a spacious dining room with table and chairs, three bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with full bed, and a beautiful patio with outdoor furniture and a picnic table.

This house was perfect for our group. On a very quiet street but just a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Erin was a great host and very personable. The “goody baskets” were a great touch and made a great impression on our group.
The house was amazing- it was exactly as described; super cute and very clean! Erin was an incredible host! There was a basket of goodies/ snacks and a basket with anything you might have forgotten. The location was perfect! It was close to everything we needed for MSU graduation weekend. Erin was very responsive , friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
We travel a lot and have stayed in many Airbnbs. Erin is by far one of the best host we have ever experienced. From check-in to check-out, Erin was accommodating in every way possible. Her house matched the description and pictures perfectly. It was perfect for our two families. There were several extras we did not expect, from a basket of snacks to a basket of toiletries in case you forgot an essential. She even gifted us tickets to the MSU baseball game which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect and close to all of the things we wanted to do in Starkville. I would give Erin 10 stars if it were an option. We will definitely be back!
Excellent place for a larger group.
Erin was very responsive and helpful. She allowed us to check in early so we could get settled in and get to an afternoon baseball game. She was very thoughtful and had a basket of toiletries and helpful items in the event we forgot things. She also had a basket of snacks for us which were enjoyed by all of us. We had an issue with the water and she had a plumber at the house very quickly! The problem was revolved, and she discounted the rate for that night. The cleaning lady found an item under one of the beds. Erin contacted me and it actually belonged to my daughter. We ran by and got it as we were leaving town. I think she went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible.

Cute, quiet cul-de-sac less than 1 mile from Mississippi State University and Main Street shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is an older, historic neighborhood but very quiet and with the most precious neighbors! On game days, you will see people walking from the neighborhood to main street to grab breakfast or lunch before walking to Davis Wade or Dudy Noble!
There is free parking available at the property for multiple cars. Easily get around the neighborhood by foot, bike, scooter, or car.
