Perfect! Clean, quiet and exactly what we needed. We had 3 gerations staying and we were all comfortable. I am recommending this for everyone. Josh was quick to respond to all of my questions, silly or not!

Josh's place was a great location for everything we came to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, so much that we felt comfortable walking our dog at night. His place was very comfortable and secure for our family of six (2 adults and 4 kids). Josh was very responsive and proactive in communication, especially when it came to an issue that arose before our check-in. The issue was beyond his control, but he was great about trying to remedy everything and make sure our stay was still pleasant! We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for everything Josh!

This my second stay at this location of Josh’s. It’s perfect! It’s very comfortable, easy to get to, and in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a perfect place for a working home base in this town. Highly recommend!
