The common area is a great room with kitchen, dining and living areas combined for easy social gatherings. The bright open-concept kitchen has it all! Drawers are stocked with utensils and useful kitchen gadgets making meal preparation a breeze. You will have everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. The dining area, which seats six, sits in an alcove of windows overlooking the backyard and the 12th tee on Lake Powell National Golf Course, while the living room features comfortable seating and flat-screen TV, creating a cozy and inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. If you need a little space, there is a gathering area with a view that makes the perfect spot for reading or conversation. When you are ready for bed, there are five bedrooms. The king master is ensuite and has double vanities and a tub/shower combo. There is a small bedroom off of the master which shares the master bedroom closet (no physical door separates the two bedrooms) which is perfect for families with younger children. There are two additional king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Amenities include drip coffee maker with coffee and filters; spices; washer and dryer with laundry detergent; bathrooms with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash; all linens and paper products; free WiFi; central air conditioning and direct heating, plenty of free parking for vehicles, boats and trailers, charcoal BBQ grill with charcoal and lighter fluid.
