The Fifth en-suite Bedroom, is accessed from bar room, It has a King Size Bed, en-suite has large shower and no bath. Private access from garden or from the bar area, and offers a private porch. TV Lounge, complete with a Gas Fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance that flows seamlessly from the formal lounge and dining room. The heart of our home, the Open-Plan Kitchen with Scullery, boasts modern amenities, including a 13kg toploader, 8kg tumble dryer, and dishwasher. For your added convenience, find an ironing board and iron, along with an outdoor washing line near the kitchen. Here, every detail is designed to enhance your stay. Enter an elevated experience in our Upstairs Area at Palms on Byrne. Four bedrooms unveil a serene top patio, offering a covered section for leisurely morning coffees and teas. Indulge in the luxury of our Main Bedroom, boasting a King-size bed and a rejuvenating Summer Place Spa bath with powerful jets, perfect for ultimate relaxation. For the men, feel the hard jets hitting those muscles and enjoy yourself in the refreshing Spa shower with 6 distinct jets. (A separate tap from the shower tap). Classically and practical separate toilets with double basins and a shaver plug. This room is equipped with an inverter setup, ensuring uninterrupted TV and Wi-Fi (exclusive to this room). Between the main and the larger 4th bedroom, you'll find the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each adorned with Queen-size beds. Both offer full en-suite bathrooms and ample cupboard space. The 4th bedroom, featuring a Queen-size bed and a full en-suite, graces the end of the passage, providing additional space. A double sleeper couch (For 2 x -12 children), can be placed in this larger room for added convenience. Ample wardrobe space ensures a comfortable and organized stay. For your convenience, you can book our cleaning ladies through Carena prior to your arrival. They are available at R350 each per day, (8.30 am - 3.00 pm) for general laundry and additional household requirements. On Mondays, and Thursdays they'll be there for general cleaning. You are not obliged to get both ladies, if you only require one.
