Private room with central location. Room with private bathrooms air conditioner and kitchen Guesthouse located from the city center 5 minutes walk. Bedroom is with private bathrooms air conditioners, kitchen and with fast internet 🛜. Close to the guesthouse located (10 minutes walking) gogias fortres, 10 minutes walking national park, 7-8 minutes Central Park. The room is always neat and clean with comfortable beds. In the guesthouse you have your kitchen where you can cook by yourself. Your bedroom have private bathroom! I hope you will be my guest.

We absolutely loved our stay at Niko's place, and it also very much saved our trip to Borjomi. We had already cancelled our stay once due to a double booking, however, when we turned up to the other location, they did not have our room available. I wrote to Niko and he not only allowed us to rebook, but also let us check-in early. He then welcomed us with homemade drinks and a warm conversation. The room itself is very clean and had the most comfortable beds. The bathroom is private and spacious. Niko lives right next door so we often saw him and his family. The room was quiet and overlooked a beautiful valley. We were able to get some much needed rest and explore the area with ease. Thank you Niko!!!
Nous nous sommes sentis très bien chez Niko. Les lits sont de très bonne qualité, on a très bien dormi! Nous avons aussi pu cuisiner et faire toutes nos lessives en arrivant. Merci pour ce séjour et votre accueil :)
Niko is super friendly, has shown us his hospitality, was flexible with us and always answering very quickly if needed something. The place is easy to access and not far from the main street and Beauty Bridge.

National park visitor centre located from the Guesthouse only 10 minutes by foot also Central Park. Near the guesthouse located local museum and Gogias fortress. People who like hiking there is white and green hiking trails from where you can enjoy amazing panorama view of Borjomi

Hi , my name is Niko khvedelidze, from Borjomi, 28 years old. I making horses riding trips, rafting trips and day trips to cave town vardzia. Hillside guesthouse is cozy , lovely and safe place, located from the city center by walking 5 minutes walking in a quiet street. Nearby there are lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops. You can relax enjoy Georgian home made meals, homemade chacha and wine.
