Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an action-packed getaway, this property is the perfect choice. Take in the gorgeous lake views from every room. Bring your watercraft or rent one and enjoy everything this all-sport lake has to offer. Our home has everything you’ll need to enjoy a few days or an extended stay on Webster and Backwater Lake. We are located on a quiet no wake bay right next to the tubes taking you from one lake to the next. This is the perfect spot for fishing and kayaking. The home comes with 2 kayaks, paddles and life jackets to use during your stay. We have two docks, 3 spaces, for your boat and water toys. The main level has One queen bedroom and a full bath with a stand-up shower. The second floor has 3 bedrooms; #1 has a King bed, Bedroom #2 has 3 trundle beds sleeping 6 total and Bedroom #3 has a full Bed. (Please note this room does not have a door, it does have a partition that can be used). The second level also has a ½ bath. Back on the main floor you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining. A small sitting room with TV, and the main living area with a dining table. The back deck is where I think you’ll spend most of your time when you're not enjoying the water. Taking in the views of both lakes, eating dinner, and watching the fishermen navigate from one lake to the next. Coffee in the gazebo and smores by the fire are perfect ways to start and end your day. The outdoor shower is a perfect place to clean up after a day on the lake or when you're finished cleaning up your catch of the day. **The house does not have a dishwasher** **In the winter months the upstairs bedrooms can get chilly, we have provided space heaters in each room to help keep things toasty**

Even though it’s a lake cottage, we were able to stay nice and cozy on a -10 degree night with blowing winds, in the middle of January. Everything was nice and clean, easy check in and accommodating on a checkout time that worked better for us. No complaints.
We enjoyed having several rooms for our family to enjoy different activities. Young adults gamed in one room. A few adults enjoyed a puzzle in another room. Others sat in the living room and chatted. The bedrooms were able to be kept private. The kitchen had a homey feeling with a comfortable atmosphere. The whole house has a comfortable atmosphere. It was very nice having a bathroom upstairs AND downstairs. There were no long trips to the bathroom overnight. We had plenty of room in the open living/dining room to gather and receive pjs on Christmas Eve and open gifts on Christmas Day. The backyard and the shoreline (with deck) would have been better used in a different season, but at least there was no snow! The deck surrounding the entry door is a good size to enjoy company. There is even a nice picnic table on it. Sleeping accommodations were better than expected. We loved the bed linens! The fireplace was not usable but it provided beautiful ambiance. Overall, ‘tis a beautiful home

It was a relaxing cottage! Just what my husband and I needed! The location was perfect! Easy access to the water and to downtown N. Webster. The cottage was maintained and beautifully decorated! We’ll be back!
