This house was very large and fit our group very well. We stayed here with 9 adults and 4 kids and had room to spare. We were very comfortable and loved the lake access. The hot tub comfortably fits 4 adults, and is great. There are lots of life vests for use on the lake. The couch was very comfortable. The space is perfect for gathering and we would absolutely book this house again. One thing to know when booking, you need to walk through the room with just a bunk bed in it to get to one of the queen rooms. It did not bother us but it is good to know!
