Buttercup Lodge at Meadow Lodges Boothby Pagnell is a superb 5*, architecturally designed holiday lodge, offering spacious, light, airy ground floor living. Relax in your own hot tub, enjoy peace, tranquility and uninterrupted countryside views. Sit by the ponds and watch the swallows and house martins darting and diving in the spring/summer sky or wander the colourful wild flower areas; cosy-up in the autumn/winter when, on clear evenings, you can watch Lincolnshire's expansive starry skies. Buttercup Lodge has under floor heating throughout, a modern log fire, large smart TV with soundbar, Bluetooth speaker and excellent WIFI. A large patio is accessed from the lounge, complete with garden furniture and a private woodfired hot tub. The well equipped kitchen includes Nespresso Coffee Machine, microwave, Neff electric Hide and Slide oven, fridge and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Ropox electric Rise and Fall kitchen worktop and turning circle space. Grab rails and shower seat can easily be added to one wet room if requested. Two spacious bedrooms both with super-king size beds and large ensuite wet rooms. The first bedroom is set up as a super king size bed (twinned with prior request). The second is made up as a twin room (can be king-size with prior request)

Spent a fantastic week at sues lodge, the quality of the place was beyond what I was expecting and her hospitality was amazing. Fresh milk and biscuits on arrival, she pre-heated the hot tub fire daily for our return (don’t be put off by the fact is wood-fired, that thing gets hot!), and she was so easy to get in contact with throughout the stay. As for location it was beautiful waking up to unbroken views of the country, and usually a sighting of the owl that lives in the area! Truly the whole experience was amazing and you will not be dissatisfied if you stay. Honestly worth every penny if not more!
We had a fantastic stay for three nights, we particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and made full use of the fantastic log fired hot tub. The cooking facilities were first class and a very comfortable bed.
Where do I start, it was my girlfriend’s birthday so wanted to do something special so I asked for a balloon and roses and I must say she did an amazing job!! They got the hot tub ready for us before we got there. Gave us a tour round the place and a few recommendations! What an amazing place to go for a long weekend!!

Beautiful location for a peaceful break. Sue was very welcoming and showed us the operation of all the blinds , kitchen and many remote controls. There was plenty of wood for the hot tub , also gave us extra fire starting materials for the wood fired hot tub 😊. Would recommend this place

Boothby Pagnell is a small village situated only four miles from the A1 and just seven miles from Grantham. It has a self-service farmer run vending machine selling Fresh Milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, eggs and other local produce.
Ideally placed to visit local Farm Shops, pubs and restaurants.
Boothby Pagnell is also ideally placed for visiting NT Belton House, Woolsthorpe Manor, also Burghley House, Belvoir and Grimsthorpe Castles are all just a short drive away. Rutland Water and Stamford are also only 25 minutes drive. Lincoln Castle and Cathedral are also easily accessible
