The apartment comes with in-house air conditioning, which is a rare luxury in Finland, as almost all residential apartments are only centrally ventilated. In a separable room with glass doors, you'll find a comfortable King-size bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is spacious and comes with a beautiful sauna and rainfall shower, providing relaxation and luxury. The kitchen is top-notch, fully equipped and convenient for your cooking needs. It holds a built-in dishwasher, induction cook top with a built-in fan and wine cabinet. Step out to the balcony for a nice view of the park, offering moments of serenity. For privacy, Venetian blinds have also been installed. And, for added convenience, there's a private underground parking spot available for a surcharge of 20 euros per night. Everything was fine, thank you very much
Lovely, clean, well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, stylish, warm apartment so many positives. Close to tram stop into town or a 30 minute walk. Not much going on in the area but perhaps that was because it was out of season. But we didn't appreciate the detour to collect the key then 20 minute walk to the apartment with suitcases in the rain. Instructions to find it could have been clearer with a plan as google maps took us further down the road. Should mark it Building 7A, flat 4. There were no instructions for any of the appliances or the sauna (UK people not used to these!) and a misleading instruction about how to turn the water on for the dishwasher. Only one small pillow each. Rest messaged to say there were spares in the cupboards but there was just one cushion with no cover. No tea towel or oven glove and only one hand towel in the bathroom. Door to balcony didn't close so it was a bit draughty in that area when it was blowing a blizzard of snow.
Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Location was perfect, the interior was amazing, and the host was super easy to communicate with.
Die Lage und Einrichtung dieser Wohnung war sehr gut, allerdings hätten wir uns zu einigen (technischen) Einrichtungsstücken Erklärungen zur Benutzung gewünscht. Auch waren Teller und Schüsseln nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Die private Sauna und der überraschend große Fernseher haben uns am besten gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team von Rest war allerdings schwierig, da auf unsere Nachfragen nicht reagiert wurde.

In the area, you will find several shops selling old maps, records, and vintage clothes, while Hakaniemi Market Hall is packed with Finnish delicacies and crafts.
If you need a break from the buzz, there are plenty of cozy parks and public saunas to explore. Kallio is, without a doubt, the most authentic area to explore in Helsinki.
