Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. One block away from sugar loaf trial head. This house features hot tub, large deck, outdoor bbq, large gas fire pit, garage and back private patio. Views are amazing from the wrap around deck. Find quiet nature just outside the door. Large living/kitchen space to hang out and entertain with your friends. Two bedrooms with a small office to get some work done while you’re relaxing. This house is on a beautiful street a couple yards from the sugar loaf trail head. West Sedona is a great place to go to all the trail heads and shopping for your vacation needs. The home is newly renovated and high end finishings. In an effort to be cost effective and environmentally we ask that you turn the thermostat down when out for the day. When you check out please set to 78 in summer months when cooling mode is on and set to 65 in wi there when heat mode is on. Thanks!

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was very accommodating and clean. Close to trails and other attractions. Great place to stay we would stay there again.
Beautiful home! Super clean. Very nicely appointed. Great views, serene back patio setting, quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Sedona.
We were in Sedona for a long weekend with our 3 yr old and this place was absolutely perfect. We hiked every day and there’s even a trail head up the block from this house which was really nice to not have to navigate to another trail. The house was spectacular! Extremely clean & comfortable, quiet area, beautiful views. The lovely outdoor space was an incredible area to relax after a long day of hiking. We will absolutely be back!
This was by far the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in. The back patio was absolutely beautiful, with a relaxing vibe and flowers blooming everywhere you look. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Sedona.
Rachelle and Jon were great! They were attentive before we checked in and made sure we settled in well the first night. We enjoyed our stay very much!

You can get around with walking , biking, Uber, car, it’s very convenient to move from this space.
