We had a two night stay in the apartment . Pls take my concerns as constructive criticism for opportunities of improvement. I loved the central location and Richard was responsive to messages. The downside is that we had difficulty finding the building. The address listed is different from the address “Getting Here” directions. Another huge drawback was the Brivo Mobile App. There were times when we couldn’t access the garage and/or the building. This was quite frustrating after a long day. Once we FINALLY accessed the apartment there were other concerns. Such as visible stains in the carpet. There were also missing pieces in the vertical blinds and broken/ cracked furniture pieces thru out the apartment. As for the bathroom, the shower door did not close. Most of the bath towels were thin with bleach stains.When it was bedtime I noticed that were not any flat sheets on the beds. The sheet was found on the TV stand with a stains. I had to change the sheets to feel comfortable. Las

Very clean and very close to stores! The beds were so comfy! Definitely recommend! And host is very nice and communicative!!

Was a great place to stay at while we went to a music festival. It’s 7 minutes away from White Oak Music Hall, and walking distance from Target. The apartment is also very high-end and it definitely impressed my friends. Richard’s instructions were also very clear for entering the airbnb which is also a plus.

Richard was a great host. Everything was super easy, from check in instructions to communication. Great place if you’re looking to be near downtown without paying downtown prices!
