This home is prefect for a large family or group. The Manor on Memorial is a spacious house set up with large group in mind, enjoy comfort and many amenities to make your stay special. It has a huge gated yard with plenty of room for outdoor activities, along with off street parking and beautiful landscaping. Close to many attractions and restaurants. Like, Niagara Falls State Park, The Niagara Aquarium, The Seneca Niagara Casino, Fort Niagara and plenty more. Just a short drive or walk away! This beautiful spacious home sleeps 12 comfortably! It includes 4 big bedrooms, one of which is a "family suite" that can sleep 5. 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a standing shower and one with a jetted bathtub/shower combo. A full kitchen with a free coffee/tea bar. A big living room with plenty of seating and a big TV with free wifi for all to enjoy. A beautiful dinning room with seating for 8 plus a high chair if needed. Along with a work space/welcome center. The home is sitting in the middle of 1/3 acre with beautiful landscaping creating a private secluded feel.

This place was awesome! We were a group of 11 and had a total of 4 kids with us. Everyone loved the home from the oldest to the youngest! Kimtia’s place had everything we needed and lots of small details that showed she went beyond to provide a comfortable place for us to stay in! The home is beautiful, historic type home but very clean! Older street and neighborhood but very friendly neighbors. Close to everything you need, you will love staying here!

This was our second time staying here and we willl definitely be back! Absolutely love this house! It really makes us feel like we are at home! Everything is so clean and neat! There is also so much space so it is so great for my large family! Can't wait to stay again!
Great home for large families, felt very homey.
great space for big families. about 5 minutes drive to the falls. The area could feel a bit sketchy at first but it's really a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of towels provided. The house was clean. The small room for kids is great. My niece loved it and kept her entertained. Overall it's a great space.

This street is nice and quite. Mostly occupied with home owners and other Airbnb's. The streets are lined with big trees along the beautiful historic New England 100+ year old homes. There is free street parking but it alternates sides of the road for specific days of the week (pay attentions to the signs posted on the street or you may be subject to a ticket). The Manor on Memorial is just a few blocks from the casino, walking distance, where you'll find food, fun and drinks. A 6 minute drive and a 20 minute walk to Niagara Falls State Park. Public transportations, Niagara Falls Shuttles, and pay to ride bikes are available in some areas in close proximity to this home.
The Manor on Memorial is located on a one way street. Access to the ally way for on site parking is located 3-4 houses on the left BEFORE this property. Street parking is free and generally available. However, parking alternates sides of the street depending on the day of the week. You can find street signs clearly stating the rules. You MUST obey street signs and traffic laws, you are responsible for your own vehicle.
