Surrounded by countless wineries, breweries, and local orchards, just minutes from Mont Fair Resort Farm wedding venue as well as hiking trails, scenic drives and other outdoor attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the porch, while watching the horses graze in the pasture, and finish your the day relaxing around the firepit. LIVING ROOM: Cozy, freshly-painted living room with comfortable sofa, end table, coffee table, ceiling fan and lamps. Books and board games are provided for guests to enjoy. KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Full kitchen with newer stainless appliances (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven) and attached laundry room with washer and dryer. Dining area is complete with large dining table and four chairs. Additional chairs can be provided if needed. FULL BATH: Freshly painted bathroom with tub, tile shower and new vanity. BEDROOM 1: Queen bed with end tables, lamp, and closet with ample storage space. Picturesque view of horse pasture. BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with end tables, lamps, and closet with ample storage space. View of private wooded side of the property. BEDROOM 3: Full sized futon with end table, and closet with ample storage space. View of private wooded side of the property. PORCH: Chairs provided for relaxing with your morning coffee. CAR PORT: Guests are welcome to use car port for parking, or may park anywhere around the circular driveway. YARD: Grassy lawn complete with fire pit, which guests are welcome to enjoy. Horse pasture adjoins backyard, where horses will be grazing.

I had a great stay in the peaceful, off the beaten path, home. The views heading in were amazing. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We were lucky to find this handicap accessible home. We will absolutely return.
Jairus and Adriana's place was beautiful! You couldn't ask for a more gorgeous setting surrounded by stunning horses and fields. The house was immaculately cleaned, such nice towels and pillows:) The hosts are super friendly and helpful! Our children loved watching the horses all day and playing in the trees! SO many fun things to do for a family in Crozet! We can't wait to go back!

Jairus is an absolutely wonderful host and communicator! My husband said he had the best chicken wings he's ever had in his life at Fardowners in Crozet for anyone who's digs wings! We would highly recommend his home anytime in the future!
Really enjoyed our stay at this AirBNB. It is about 15 minutes north of Crozet so definitely need a car to get around. The horses greeted us one night. The old hound dog did not want to get close enough for pets. The place was very private and absolutely spotless. The beds were very comfortable. We even had snacks, coffee and bottled waters Jarius had left for us. Would definitely stay here again.
