Really clean, very quiet, and had a secluded feel - which everyone really appreciated. Chad was great- communication was awesome, never had to wait to hear back from him and he was flexible with some changes we had to make to our reservation. We’d absolutely stay there again!

My teenage daughter and I were in town for one night for a concert. The location felt very peaceful and private while being only 20 minutes from the venue. The house was clean and felt welcoming and homey throughout. The mattresses and pillows on the beds were so comfortable as well as the rest of the place. After fighting traffic leaving the concert, we got to bed really late, so my daughter slept in. When I asked for more time before checking out, the host graciously gave us another hour, which I appreciated so much. If we attend another concert in Franklin in the future, we would love to stay there again!
