We feel so fortunate to have stayed in the Casita for an extended time. The hosts are exceptionally gracious and responsive, and we felt right at home right away. The Casita is IMMACULATE and reflects the hosts' pride of ownership. New appliances, cabinets, and countertops, and bathroom. We especially enjoyed the spacious step-in shower, the superior air/heating unit, the big TV with Netflix, and the very comfy bed. The place is well insulated for quiet and comfort. The family-oriented neighborhood is peaceful, but close to some excellent restaurants. Pita Pitaki (Greek), Blackbird Cafe (breakfast), and Steelhead Coffee were our favorites. We never had any challenge parking which is unusual for Long Beach. Staying at the Casita offers amazing hosts, great location, and an outstanding value. We could not have asked for a more fulfilling AirBnb stay. Highly recommended!

Exceptional! By far one of the best Airbnb stays. The casita is charming and has a state-of-the-art interior that is indeed thoughtfully designed. The neighborhood has a hometown-friendly vibe, and the owners are friendly and helpful. I thought the "20-minute to everything" neighborhoods in L.A. were instinct. Astonishingly, this hidden gem is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, yoga, airport, freeway, (you name it) access. If you are seeking a place that feels like an escape, a home and a vacation all in one, this is your spot.
