This rental was just perfect for two families to enjoy a vacation together - we were all able to spread out with privacy and everyone had their own bathroom too. Home was clutter free, clean, just as described. Many fun family games on the shelf in the family room. Great private heated pool. The home is Private from neighbors with walls of large shrubs between homes. Scott (owner) lives nearby and was very responsive to a few minor issues that we had. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was a perfect size for our big group. Music system throughout home. Outdoor grill area by the pool was nice to have too. Rooftop table and furniture were wonderful to enjoy the sunsets together. We loved the wild iguanas that would make an occasional appearance in the backyard!! Drive to Fort Lauderdale beach or Daria beach or Hollywood beach is about 20 mins from this home. Hard Rock Casino is about 10-15 mins away. Pickleball Courts are about 1.2 miles away (we walked there). Boat launch is 1.0 mile away.
Our stay at Scott’s place in Fort Lauderdale was beyond exceptional! We flew in with a family of ten to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday, including four senior citizens, and having rooms and bathrooms downstairs made navigation effortless. Scott went above and beyond by surprising my daughter with a stunning bouquet of flowers and balloons, adding an extra touch of warmth to our celebration. Despite some of our plans being in Miami, the short ride to and from was no issue at all. Scott’s house truly is a hidden gem, exceeding all our expectations. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and the photos simply don’t do it justice. Scott was an outstanding host, incredibly attentive to our needs. He responded promptly to every message and even accommodated our request for an early check-in. Thank you, Scott, for making our celebration unforgettable. We highly recommend Scott’s place to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale!
