We had a great stay for our 2 nights in London. It is in a great location near the city with a beautiful view of the shard building. Very walkable area. Check in was interesting picking up keys from a close by store, however was able to leave keys at room since we were departing early for check out. The Airbnb had a cool set up with plenty of space. Upstairs had large living/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Spiral staircase led to 2 bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. Balconies were nice to step out and enjoy the view. The shower downstairs did not get hotter than lukewarm, but didn’t mind since there were more than one shower and also had a large bathing tub.

Accommodation: The accommodation exceeded all expectations. It was impeccably clean, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Atmosphere: The atmosphere in the neighborhood was delightful. Surrounded by vibrant energy, I felt immersed in the local culture from the moment I arrived. The ambiance was inviting and contributed to a truly memorable experience. Food Nearby: Exploring the neighborhood, I discovered some fantastic dining options nearby. The food was exceptional, offering a diverse range of culinary delights. Each meal was a culinary adventure, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local cuisine. Neighborhood: The neighborhood itself was charming and full of character. It was a joy to explore, with its picturesque streets and welcoming atmosphere. I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay, and I loved every moment spent wandering the streets and taking in the sights.

Staying at Kyla’s was wonderful. The location is amazing and on borough market’s doorstep - we got our breakfast and lunch from the local stalls. The apartment was pristine and clean and felt like a luxury stay. The balcony was an amazing addition, and we were able to sit out with the produce we had bought from the market and watch London life move by. Kyla was quick to respond, gave clear instructions, recommendations and was so friendly. This place was a gem to stay in and was definitely a highlight stay of ours. Great and central to explore London and fits very well for any special occasions. We would 100% stay again and will be recommending the apartment to everyone.

What we were promised was not what we received. Good: The location is great if you are okay being out of the touristy areas. Being right by borough market was awesome. The area is walkable and is by an underground stop. Bad: We had issues getting into the building to start as obtaining the key was a real headache from a vendor down the street. This was eventually resolved by the host but really made things stressful. Once we finally got it, immediately the smell of must was apparent and lasted the entire stay with us having the windows open. As per the rooms, we were promised a king and a California king and it was only a king and a queen which was a pain when promised bigger beds in both rooms. The bathroom upstairs has a shower that fills with water almost immediately as the drain was beyond slow. Overall, I don't like writing negative reviews, but I don't want someone to have an experience like this as our expectations were missed. Final Rating: 2.25 out of 5 starts.
