On the ground floor there is a large and well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a small TV room with access to the lovely garden. In the other part of the ground floor, there is a bathroom with toilet, double shower and bathtub. In addition, there is a small room with wc and sink. One large room with several seating areas, a kitchen bench with sink, dishwasher and cutlery. Here, you can cater for parties. Double glass doors opens to a decking with several seating areas.
