The room was very nice and the shower had a lot of pressure. The room was comfortable and very clean . Zero bugs and they even provide free netfix. The bed is very very firm for those who like a hard mattress, which for me was the only negative I can share . The kitchen and living room are common areas.

The place was at the heart of the city - close to restaurants, shops, and malls. If you work remotely, I suggest staying at this place, they have high speed internet and workstation too! The room was very spacious and clean. The hosts were very responsive. Will definitely book again!

My stay here was phenomenal! The host welcomed me with a thoughtful gift bag, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. The accommodation was spotless, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. When I needed to iron my clothes, the host didn't hesitate to lend me theirs, a gesture I greatly appreciated. Located near Lacson Street, I was spoilt for choice with excellent restaurants within walking distance. The proximity to the lagoon offered serene walks, adding to the charm of my stay. And, the presence of their kind and lovely dog made everything feel even more like home. In every aspect, from unparalleled hospitality to the ideal location, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. A heartfelt thank you to my host for making this visit unforgettable. Can't wait to return!

I like how accommodating Kelvin and Clair were! They made me feel at home and adjusted to my requests due to my working remotely. Top tier Pros: 1. Easy to find with landmarks and pin on Maps and Grab. 2. Flexible check in was the best! I arrived early in the morning and they let me check in even though there was a minor mishap in the confirmation but it was an honest mistake. They even let me take my last meeting in the living room after check out. 3. Spacious, clean, good smelling room 4. G..oogle TV to cast my devices 5. Stable internet (with back up and repeater) 6. 10-15 minutes away from establishments on Lacson by foot. Very convenient! 7. With fridge, microwave and free potable water and ice I highly recommend you check in here. Only request is a lifesize mirror in the room to check for OOTD. Lol Not their fault: Hope the local brgy can create a decent sidewalk, kinda car-centric & cannot walk w/o minding the vehicles. Everything was great. 5 out of 5 stars
