Ellen was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and answered all our questions. She allowed us an earlier check-in than what we expected. As far as the apartment, everything was spotless. It looked as if it was brand new. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Each room had a TV. There was a washer and dryer to use. Bathroom was spacious and clean. It was perfectly located for where we needed to be in Watertown. I would highly recommend.
Everything was as it should be. Ellen was very responsive.
Excellent first floor apartment, easy access in and out.
The place was great. It had everything we needed and was warm and welcoming.
