The flat is in the center of Moda in Kadikoy with quick access to public transport. Entertainment and shopping locations, with a wide range of restaurants including fine dining are within walking distance. The flat is tastefully furnished with every detail in mind. The flat is fully equipped with all the utensils and tools necessary including: high-speed internet (100Mbps), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, Smart TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee machine, etc. to make you feel at home! In our flat, there are three bedrooms: two king-size and two single-size. There is also a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms (one is ensuite bathroom) and a balcony. The flat is fully equipped with all the utensils and tools necessary for kitchen, bathroom and cleaning, including bedsheets, cleaning materials, etc. The kitchen and bathroom have recently refurbished fittings. The house has AC working great.

Berk Bey'in Moda'daki evinde muhtesem bir tatil gecirdik. Hersey dusundugumuz gibiydi. Moda'da daha once yasamis biri olarak istedigim herseye birkac adim mesafesinde olmak beni cok mutlu etti. Kose basindaki firindan sabah kahvaltilarimiz icin simit aldik, bircok guzel cafe ve restraurant da sevdiklerimizle guzel vakit gecirdik. Ev genis, temiz ve ferahti. Kendi evimdeymis gibi keyif aldim. Kucuk kizim icin besik ve bebek bezi sagladiginiz icin cok tesekkurler. Cocuklar icin yakin mesafede park ve dondurmaci olmasi bizim icin cok avantajliydi. Sifreli giris sistemi cok kolaylik sagladi. Kadikoy -Moda bolgesi gecenin gec saatlerine kadar canli ancak evden hicbir gurultu ve rahatsiz edici ses duyulmuyor. Yataklar rahat, banyolar temizdi.. Berk Bey sordugum her soruya kisa surede yanit verdi. Check-in ve check-out saatlerinde kolaylik sagladiginiz icin cok tesekkurler. Mutfak envanterine cezve, Turk kahvesi fincani, ve cay bardagi da eklerseniz muhtesem olur ;) Tekrar gorusmek uzere.
Really nice location in Kadikoy. Close to the center with restaurants, pubs, and shops, but far enough to spend the nights in calm. Close to the sea so you can find anything you want to. Apartments themselves are really nice to stay with the whole family and completely look the same as in the photos. Can highly recommend Berk as your next host.

The apartment was great and as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and really spacious. Berk is a wonderful host and really easy to communicate with. I‘d stay there again for sure.

The flat is in the centre of Moda in Kadikoy with quick access to public transport. It's next to the main tram line and 5 to 15 mins far away from the main public transport, with the ferry and metrobus going to Sirkeci - Eminonu(Grand Bazaar) - Besiktas - Kabatas all with constant access to Europe continent.
