The lawns weren’t mowed when we first arrived house was dusty and dirty all walls window sills filthy linen was dirty and smelled cobwebs and spiders in every corner. Bathroom had black mould on widow sill and bugs hair in shower. The oven doesn’t work and we’re given no response to this. We had to wipe down everything and disinfect we were refunded $82.20 for the cleaning fee so this is why is not getting cleaning properly we booked for a week @ $1042 and don’t think this was enough we also left a day early we couldn’t wait to get home. Don’t not stay here unless you like a filthy home to stay in and owners that don’t care we have lots of photos for reference. Lisa also owns other places in Eden I wouldn’t be staying there either if this was anything to go by very sad and disappointing experience to say the least. I have since read other reviews going back a few years and the same issues were stated so I guess you should read every review before booking

Was a nice quiet location, well presented, tidy house inside with all the basics needed. Great amount of space for a family throughout the house. Pet friendly which is a bonus. Difficult to see house numbers at night which led us to the wrong door and unable to find key safe in arrival, front door was hidden down the end of the complex. Warm weather made the place quite stuffy with no way to circulate air on a still night, which made for difficult sleep. For amount paid overall was not to bad, just a few small things would make it more pleasant especially in warmer months. Would stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The yard was fully secure which was great for our dogs and our peace of mind. Overall, very happy!
