Just perfect in every detail. Clean, modern, well maintained, in a building with lots of other international travelers as well as locals who are eager to try out their English on you. The neighborhood is great. The apartment is close by two of the best street markets in Taipei, one on Linjiang Road and the second on Wuxing. I like to cook for myself, so it was great shopping for meat, fish and produce in the street markets, and the kitchen in the apartment is a for-real, western style kitchen. It didn't have an oven, but it did have an air fryer which really did the job for me. The host, Ahsho, is a sweet little guy who spent two hours with me helping me register for U-Bike, the common use bike rental system in Taipei. Regretfully I never got to meet the co-host, Abbie (爱北), who speaks perfect English, is perfectly accommodating, and responded to my texts within minutes! As a former airline flight attendant, she gets how it is to be traveling far from home. Just great!

Me and my best friend had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful apartment! The location is just perfect and super convenient. The apartment itself has everything you need. The bed is comfy, the couch is super cool because you can adjust it, you have enough closet space and a mirror and a big TV. Kitchen supplies are probably a bit limited and a microwave would be great but overall we had a great stay! Would definitely come back again :)

Ahsho's place is perfect for a no-stress and peaceful stay. Right next to the Linjiang night market, it's close to a ton of restaurants and amenities. It's about a 10 minute walk to Taipei 101 and less than that to the Xinyi Anhe MRT stop. The apartment filled with nice accoutrements like a Toto bidet, huge TV, and super-powerful air conditioner. It's located on the top floor of the building so no need to worry about road noise. Neighbors are quiet. While the AC keeps the apartment cold, the loft can get a little warm if you're traveling during the hottest part of the year since the AC can't blow up that high. Note that they are currently "renovating" the apartment next door, although they maybe only worked 1 out of every 5 days during my stay and never started before 9am. Still, something to be aware of. All in all, it's a great building in a great location with a super-responsive and accommodating host.
