The Parliament on Greenbriar is a thoughtfully designed complex of eight units. Our rooms are intended to be spacious and comfortable hideaways in the middle of the city. Each unit features a full kitchen; all-natural, organic king mattresses; sustainable soap & toiletries from Public Goods; locally made furniture; & art sourced through Houston & Texas-based artists. All visitors have access to our on-site laundry and a central courtyard. This is one of our two largest units and includes a built in desk.

Great location within walkable distance to Rice Village. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't have a car so really enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner! The unit was very clean and free of clutter. King bed was comfortable. We were there for medical appointments at MD Anderson and enjoyed the location. Katie was very responsive! Look forward to staying again soon!
Great unit. Very clean. Appears newly renovated. Terrific area. Five minute walk to shops in Rice Village. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Unfortunately my flight was cancelled last.minute but Katie was exceptionally patient and understanding. I am 100% going to rebook with her because of my positive experience.
What a wonderful and super convenient place for us to stay at while renovating our house in the neighborhood! Katie is super friendly, very accommodating and real easy to communicate with - a truly gracious host! The apartments are spotless, very comfortable and super cute - and exactly as described! The area is the most walkable part of Houston and you’re just steps away from tons of great restaurants and shops - and the wonderful 3 mile walking track around Rice university! All in all, definitely 5 stars!
