We love to welcome everyone to join us here. The pool is free open from Tuesday to Sunday (6am to 9pm) The gym center is providing new techniques equipment as the pictures shows. The place to welcome you has a swimming pool and sun loungers. dedicated area for walking. outdoor BBQ area and gym. relaxation area. children's play area (all services are free) and also many other facilities such as restaurants, cafes, from high-end to affordable and many convenient supermarkets.Right at our residence there is live music every Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Nic House cafe, lobby MP6. will provide you with an airy space to enjoy relaxing music on the weekend.

Logement un peu excentré. (1/2 h du centre de Ho Chi Minh.) Mais superbe salle de sport et piscine privée très accessible. Propre, bien équipé. C'est un Logement plutôt haut de gamme, pour un prix raisonnable.
Straight 5 out of 5. They ain't be superhost for no reason, super friendly, I was shown around with detailed description of not only the room but surrounding areas as well, which is peaceful with no noises. Room is clean, exactly as on images, reasonable price. If you happen to see this review then just go right for it before it is so promptly booked. Besides, I checked in at midnight which was much later than we appointed, but the hosts still managed to check us in. Just 10 or 15 min drive to district 1 and plenty of other recreational areas, just ask the host and they'll help you, which I did. Good experience.
Owner very helpful and respectful .. Excellent place to stay if you like quite place and good atmosphere.. my type is I want crowd places so I don’t like the location but price vice this location is good . Thanks Miss Phuong look forward come again and stay .. thanks 🙏🏻

Our house has a cool atmosphere with lots of greenery. In the morning there is warm sunshine and in the evening, you can enjoy free tea and coffee. The airy space can let you admire the shimmering lights.
We were staying in a quiet luxury apartment complex but very close to loads of shops and services. There are great bakeries, a couple of 24-hour grocery and grocery stores, and pharmacies. You can walk 50m to the gym and outdoor BBQ pool. The grassy field is walking distance and this is the real Ho Chi Minh City in all its color and vibrancy, within walking distance.
Transport is very convenient. Vietnam's uber (grab) can be on the back of a motorbike or by car, which is usually no more than a 5 minute wait. You also can use taxi or the bus , which has its own app. To get to or from the airport by taxi costs around and to get to the main restaurant areas of district 1 and 3 cost cheap
