Great stay in a unique location. Hosts had an easy and efficient system for every step of the process.
Very accommodating to a last minute booking. Property was easy to find, check in was easy. The room is exactly as described, clean, comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Loved the shower.

Hello, my name is Steve and I am originally from Sacramento, California. I relocated to Vancouver, Washington shortly after the birth of my son, in 1988. I am a US Air Force Veteran, a father of 2 adult children and, as of September 2020, a grandfather! I love to travel and experience new adventures. I started my short term rental business in 2019 as a vehicle to retirement from my day job. I accomplished that goal in December 2021 and now work in my STR business full time. Kozy Accommodations LLC is a family run small business. My son, Adam, joined me as a full partner in 2021. We work with property owners to offer short or mid-term furnished rentals. We list properties for booking online in Vancouver, Washington, as well as San Antonio, Texas. We strive to earn a 5-star rating from every guest. Our goal is to provide guests the amenities of a hotel combined with the comforts of home.
