很抱歉在Alex的房源外面（10米以内）门口的地方吸烟，但是我在Alex的入住提醒和吸烟规定中没有找到“房屋附近禁止吸烟（10米以下）”以及房源是“禁烟区（包括房源外部）”的内容，如果Alex可以把这些规则加入《入住须知》并清楚的告知我我会接受罚Alex 发送的500美元的罚款申请，但我并不知道Alex拥有这些隐藏的霸王条款，因此我拒绝Alex向我发送的500美元的吸烟罚款申请。 这是一个很小的问题，我只是在房屋外面吸烟，并且我把烟头装在矿泉水瓶里放在门外，这并不会对Alex的房子造成破坏或者损失以及烟味也不会传到房屋里面因为我有确认我把门关好，抱歉给您带来不愉快的租客体验😊 另外这是一个很不错的房子里面有很多娱乐设施，我很喜欢那台吃豆人的游戏机尽管我玩了两天还是没通关🤔😂另外这个房源的冷气/暖气系统需要改进，因为晚上睡觉的时候它真的很吵😑但是关掉它又会很热/冷。 感谢Alex的谅解与合作。 祝好，
Very easy to find in a nice neighborhood. Very clean inside and outside.
Alex’s home was nice for our little stay vacation. The home was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and was labeled. The LSU theme was interesting and fun. Interactions was Alex was fast and polite. I would recommend this home to friends and family.
Alex was a wonderful host. The place was just as described and was a great place to stay. The neighborhood is great super close to everything.
