Très jolie villa dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Très bel accueil de Louise avec un Check in en avance et la possibilité de partir plus tard car il n’y avait pas de locataire après nous. Localisation éloignée des animations de l’île, mais nous le savions et du coup, séjour calme avec jolie petite plage à proximité, très calme. Avec un scooter, tout est accessible. Villa conforme à la description.
Pittaya was a wonderful host and the villa offered everything we were hoping for. I recommend hiring a scooter to zip into restaurants and to the convenience store

What a great place for our holiday. As the bedrooms are identical it was ideal for our 2couple group. We hired bikes which was perfect for exploring the island. When we had a hot water issue the team were there straight away to sort. Only 2 sun beds (with no cushions) unfortunately. Be careful in the pool as there are a few broken tiles but other than that it’s a lovely pool and great size! Don’t be put off trying the local restaurants as we found the food was delicious in most! We also had Lek come and cook for us. Lovely lady. Tasty food. Beware of the chilli’s 😂 A great holiday had by all.

Lipa Talay Villas are located on Lipa Noi beach, on the Western-side of Samui island. White sandy beaches fringe its two bays. And they're the least developed and most unspoilt beaches left on the island. On Lipa Noi beaches, things appear exactly as they do on tropical island travel brochures. And every direction you turn provides you with a perfect postcard image. Sunset brings some of the most amazing views in all of Asia; you can sit on the soft sand and watch the sun make its descent, casting the neighbouring island the Angthong National Marine Park into shadow, creating an unforgettable experience.
Luckily, Lipa Talay Villas are situated just meters from these unforgettable white sandy beaches, providing access for their guests to some of the best scenery Samui Island has to offer. The beach has fine white sand and there are no rocks or coral in the water, making it one of the best beaches for kids on the island. The water is also very shallow for up to 100 metres out.
The contrasting elements of Lipa Noi create an ambience that"s completely unique to this part of the island. The area is very much the heart of traditional Samui. Houses and villages here are mainly older and with less western influences. And the majority of the population here is Thai. Nowhere on Samui is free from development and modernization. But here, more than anywhere else, the development has been sympathetic to the natural surroundings and the beauty of the area
Lipa Noi beach is on the West coast of Koh Samui, approximately 40 minutes drive from Samui Airport and the bustling tourist centre, Chaweng and 20 minutes from Lamai. There are several local and international dining options in the area, including the world famous "Nikki beach", which hosts regular events with international DJs. Koh Samui, commonly referred to as Samui by locals, is an island located close to the mainland town of Surat Thani. Samui is Thailand's 2nd largest island after Phuket. It boasts an area of approximately 225 km2 and a population of 63,000. 1.5 million tourists visit annually. Large enough so as to give you lots of things to explore during your stay, but small enough to provide a homey atmosphere, Koh Samui and the welcoming manner of the local population is sure to charm you from your very first visit.
How to get there
It is very easy to get to Koh Samui. You can either fly directly from Bangkok, the capital of Thailand or any number of major Asian cities or you can take the ferry over from the city of Surat Thani or other neighboring islands. You are sure to fall in love with the island upon your arrival. If arriving by plane, Samui Airport will certainly make a great first impression: the beauty of the island is well represented through the terminal's manicured lawns, tropical flowers and lush greenery.
To get around on Samui you can either rent a car (it will be waiting for you at the villa) or you can simply take taxis – the choice is yours.
