This brand new home is within minutes to essentials like groceries, gas, hospitals, recreation, and I-75. There is a 5.5 acre Lagoon in the neighborhood which can be accessed by paying an entry fee at the Lagoon entrance. Close to highly desired locations like Sarasota (30 Minutes), Anna Marie Island (45 minutes) Downtown Tampa (25 minutes), and some of the worlds best beaches, like St. Pete Beach! (45 minutes). Property owner, dog, and cat live on property.

Chris is an awesome host!
This was my first stay at an Airbnb, so I was learning the ropes, a little cautious and had some (maybe kinda dumb😬) questions. The entire process was easy and reassuring, thanks to Chris’s accurate pics and thorough info he included in his listing. It’s a very new house in a gated community. I felt safe there. Chris, Archer (dog) and Karl (cat) were friendly and welcoming and I was quickly at ease. Chris is quiet and laid-back but present and thoughtful in his accommodations. He’s straightforward and concise and everything was exactly as he presented. The bed and linens were quite comfortable. My only regret in the entire experience is that I didn’t ask Chris what mattress and sheet set were on the bed because I now want my own.
Chris was a great host, and made sure to make me feel right at home. He was extremely responsive during my stay, and kept in communication with me throughout the stay. I’d highly recommend him for stays in the future.
