Alex was very accommodating and the location for me was great.She opened up her home and made me and my granddaughters feel right at home. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Truly a fabulous experience staying in her home.

Alexandra was a warm and welcoming hostess. She shared her kitchen & common space with us, even helped us with luggage up the stairs. Enjoyed our stay in this Lovely area where we walked to beach and lagoon. She was very accommodating and friendly, willing to help us feel comfortable during our stay. Truly enjoyed her charm and Hospitality.

Alex’s place was worthy of a 10 rating - If I could go above 5 I would! The home and guestroom were lovely with a super comfy bed, a space heater, to keep it extra cozy, and a giant closet, not to mention helpful furniture to unpack into. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet if needed. There was a small but effective desk from which I did my conference calls. The room is spacious. The bathroom which is outside of the guestroom was made private for me during my stay and it was spacious and well appointed. Alex offered me the use of her laundry, though I didn’t need it during this brief stay…. still, the thought was kind. She made her entire home accessible to me so I took a opportunity to store some things in the refrigerator and use the microwave. The kitchen and breakfast nook were bright, sunny and clean. The back patio is pleasant, sunny, and has a nice view. I enjoyed getting to know her Shiba Inu, who was a bit timid, but posed no threat at all.

My stay with Alexandra was my best Airbnb experience to date (and I travel a LOT). The home was spotless, beautiful, and in a safe neighborhood that felt safe to walk around alone at night. It was less than a 2 min drive to Leucadia shops and restaurants and 10 min away from my weekend training location in Carlsbad. The bed was SO comfy and having a private bathroom to take a bath in at the end of the day was awesome. Alexandra really goes out of her way to make the space well-stocked with everything you need. She had a coffee corner right outside of the room, healthy food in the fridge that she offered to share, and even contacted me ahead of time to ask what my linen preference was for the sheets (cotton or flannel). She was always responsive and extremely friendly. Each day, I got to sit down and spend time chatting with her and her daughter - I have never felt more welcomed or at home! Would 100% stay again!
