The place is new and the buliding/outsidespace was not fully finished when we were there. The TV wasnt set up, but Maria's team corrected that the next day. Basically the apartment is nice and ok. But that is exactely the thing: everything is absolute basic. Entry-level furniture, bathroom, Microwave, TV, silverware, decoration, ... Again: everything was new, but it had no special touch. The appartment we had was on the ground-floor on the corner to the streed (think Marias team has 2 more in the same building). The street is less than 25m away from the windows/balcony - its impossible to sleep with open windows (and we live in a large american city and are by far not sensitive about noise). Since the appartment has no aircon, we really had bad nights beacause of the heat. Then we had rain and it cooled down - but wet conditions made the street even louder. Distance to the Graz main square: 25min walk, Parking in the garage is extra 15 EUR/day
