Super responsive host! Very accommodating!

The house was beautiful and spacious. Was able to accommodate my family. It was clean. But Looks like someone lives in the house. So certain rooms were locked and blocked off. For the price of the rental I expected to get the entire house and have a cleaner well kept yard. The landscaping needs a lot of maintenance. The back yard was dirty. Couldn’t use the grill. Had clutter on the grill. Mops and buckets left outside. The grill was Rusted, dirty, broken and spiders all over it. There was a broken down car in the driveway. All the surrounding neighbors property were very clean and well kept. This one stood out because it looked dirty from the outside. For this to be an Airbnb. It should be more maintained. Instructions to use the lock were not clear and had a hard time entering the property. Over all. If this property is updated it would be worth it for the space and price.

Very nice large space. I rated a four out of five because I feel like it could’ve been a bit cleaner. There were some stains around the house and the toilet handle in the primary bedroom bathroom was broken. Other than that it was great and in a great location

The house was very spacious and literally perfect for the group of friends that we had. Enough driveway and street parking for all the cars since we all came from different locations. Neighbors were friendly and didn’t bother us at all. House had towels and extra blankets available with extra supplies too which was great, usually have to buy extra or bring items. The only thing to complain about was that in the master bedroom there was cat hair found in the bedding, which we were allergic too but the host was very proactive in replacing a new set and that the garage door opener to the garage was out of battery, but it wasn’t needed which was good. I loved that he was responsive and make it a point to help us out and make amends for things that I had pointed out. (He had mobile access to open the garage when needed, which was cool) Definitely looking into staying here again.
