Welcome to the Bluebonnet House! This cute house was lovingly remodeled in 2023, is located 1.1 miles from TCU, and is very close to other great Fort Worth attractions such as the Fort Worth Zoo, Botanic Gardens, the Museum District, and Sundance Square. You will feel right at home in our 1950s 2 bedroom, 1 and a half bathroom house with modern amenities. The open concept is perfect for small groups of family and friends. At night sit, outside on the spacious patio and enjoy the fire pit. The house is an open concept to allow easier flow throughout. In the living room enjoy lounging on the deep-seated couch and watch your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, a large mirror, extra throw blankets, and a luggage stand. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, serving platters, baking sheets and dishes, wine and champagne glasses, a Keurig and coffee station, and more. The island allows seating for two. The entryway table folds out into a dining room table and extra seating is located in the bedroom closets to allow dining for up to 4 inside. On the spacious patio, there is a grill, outdoor dining seating for up to 6, a hammock, a fire pit, and lots of space to play yard games. In the garage is a dedicated working space and desk, another half bathroom, a ping pong table, an additional Keurig and coffee station, and a full washer and dryer.

By far the best Airbnb that we've stayed at in Fort Worth! Joe was super responsive and very easy to communicate with. The place was clean, cozy and well equipped! Beds were comfy with nice linens. Kitchen was stoked and we were fully ready to BBQ and enjoy the yard. We have 2 boys at TCU and it is a great location to be close to the kids. Also, a great home to hang out as a family during our visit. We will 100% come back! Thank you for hosting such a great place Joe! Until next time!

This is a very nice home that is newly remodeled with high quality amenities. The neighborhood is very walkable. We enjoyed our stay!
I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I reached out to Joe the same day as check in, due to my family and I having to relocate from another Airbnb with problems. He was so kind and able to accommodate us right away! This home is beautiful and made you feel right at home. The decor and finishes in the home are elite and giving me inspiration for my own house. The road was busy but my family and I loved spending time in the back yard space and garage area. I cooked many meals in the kitchen and it had all the essentials and some to make it easy. I would live here if I could. Highly recommend for a Fort Worth stay.
