The room is equipped with WI-FI, FAN, Mini FRIDGE, Coffee Machine and Electric Kettle. It is perfect for one or two people who want to stay for a few days in Calolziocorte and enjoy the surrounding lake and mountains/attractions. The room also has a comfortable location (desk and seat) for smart-working and is equipped with a small Smart TV (23 inches) and a clothesline that you will find at your disposal on the balcony. The complete bathroom with shower is outside the room and is shared only with the Host, who lives in the apartment. Here you will also find a washing machine and a hairdryer, at your disposal.

The room is located at the beginning of Lake Como and in the heart of Valle San Martino. Very close to the Calolziocorte railway station and the cycle and pedestrian path that runs along the river, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake.
Within walking distance there are also numerous local attractions such as the Villa De Ponti Botanical Garden, the historic former factory of Bario salts from the 19th century, the Monastery of Santa Maria del Lavello, the Castle of the Innominato and the Castle of Rossino. The city center is right next door with its shops and cafes and on Tuesday mornings you can also visit the local market along the Adda river.
If you want to immerse yourself in an enchanting place, where you can spend a day of sun and fun, immersed in the natural beauty of Lake Garlate, you can reach Vercurago Beach just 2 km away.
Here you can enjoy local dishes, refresh yourself with a cool drink or aperitif by the beach, practice water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding, or simply take a walk along the lakeshore and enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
