Wouter and his trusted caretaker is very responsive. Whenever I have questions, they reply as soon as possible. The place is easy to find, in maps or in Waze. Transportation through Grab car or a motorcycle app, Maxim and Angkas is available in the area too. These apps will take you anywhere throughout Cebu city, which is very convenient. Wouter's unit is spacious and can really accommodate a lot of guests. Checking in is very easy too, you don't need a key to get into the unit as the door's lock is already digital. He'll just give you a code to put in it, and you will immediately be able to access the room. Thank you, and will rent again soon!

Worth the paid. I like the place. It is cheap and it has all you need. Although the pans for cooking some are rusty but we managed to clean one. It has a good wifi connection as well. Not having trouble with the water at all. Bathroom and cleaning essentials are also available at the place. There were plenty of stock. The only inconvenience that we have experienced is the transportation. It's too far. And we have experienced taxi drivers that isn't familiar of the place and we got lost finding the place. But still it is worth it because when you need to eat, there's a store that's open in the other building.

Loved the place although we had difficulties in some areas, we were able to fix it. Some kitchen utensils need to be replaced but all in all great place to stay with specially if your on a budget

The place and the price was okay. The only problem was the response time from the owner. We waited for an hour to get the door passcode.
