Diane's place was perfect. Perfect location and size. It really was a home away from home. Great neighborhood and centrally located.

For my first stay in Paris, I absolutely loved Diane’s apartment. The balcony was absolutely charming with such a great view. Having a small kitchen and living room available was very convenient. As a solo female traveller, I never felt unsafe in the area or apartment. I underestimated the five flights of stairs to the apartment, so if you’re planning on doing a lot of walking throughout the day as I was, keep in mind the stairs you have to climb at the end of the day. At least it meant I could eat all the patisseries I wanted! Diane was a lovely host and her recommendations on local spots were great. Definitely recommend!

We have used AirBNB 12 times and we have never had a bad experience but this is one of the best experiences we have had. The flat is lovely and reasonably spacious. It is very well located being on 3 direct bus routes, 150 metres from the Metro and a 10 minute walk from Republique which literally puts every part of Paris in very easy reach. Its also situated in a safe area. Diane is one of the nicest hosts we have dealt with. The check in arrangements were great. Diane provided clear and concise entry instructions. The flat itself was lovely and clean with clean towels and bedding. Diane is very hospitable and understanding. Just a word of warning for people with mobility issues - the flat is on the fifth floor with no lift. All in all a top class stay.
